Selling our home in Garrison, Texas, has been a difficult decision. The causes are mainly my struggles with health issues. To see a complete discussion, check out my reasons for selling. Also check the full description of the house and 7.5+ acres.

We already have a contract and closing date on a home farther west, thus our need to find a new owner for the present place as quickly as possible. To that end we are letting it go below the Appraisal Market Value of $88,000. I would like to clear $58K. But we will look at all offers.
